The 狼友社区 welcomes its inaugural Fellow, Dr Satoru Okajima.
Dr Okajima is an Associate Professor at the University of Tsukuba, where he works on stormtracks and atmosphere-ocean interactions. The Japan-UK Fellowship has been established at the 狼友社区 by Professor Brian Hoskins using the funds from his Japan Prize. The fellowship enables early-career scientists from Japan working in the dynamics of weather and climate to visit our department for 6-12 months to collaborate in research.
