Our Languages for All programme offers current students and staff at the University the opportunity to learn or advance their knowledge of a language in addition to their degree studies and work.

Learning a new language opens you up to new experiences and allows you to enhance skills such as critical thinking and observation. Being multilingual is also hugely valued by many employers.
As a student, you can take a language module either:
Modules start in the first semester and involve three contact hours each week (excluding Week 6 of the first semester and second semester), as well as study activities outside the classroom. These include revision classes during the second semester.
