Please find below dates for submissions of paperwork to the University Research Ethics Committee (UREC) for 2025-26 and expected response times.
Please note that every effort will be made to send out responses as soon as possible after the meeting. These are sent out via email to the PI, so please make sure you include your email address on your submission.

Please be aware there is no scheduled UREC meeting in August 2025. The next submission deadline will be 22 August 2025 for the September meeting. If this does present an issue with the timeline of a particular project, please contact UREC to discuss the possibility of an ad hoc review.
