Estates Help Desk provides a single point of contact through which problems can be recorded and requests can be raised and then prioritised on a consistent basis.

As you may be aware, a new Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) called Concerto has been implemented for managing our buildings, scheduling and logging essential building maintenance, as well as supporting critical health and safety processes. This also includes customer funded jobs such as cleaning and portering services.
For greater efficiency, you can now raise all jobs yourself directly through Concerto using the link below.
